
Historical Background
Tu’deako Group Organization was established October, 2010 and continues today. The organization serves ethnic minorities and community-at large in Fargo/Moorhead Area.
Apart from providing after -school program the organization also has a Food Pantry. This program provides food to people in need, advocating for the hungry and educating the public about better ways of to eliminate waste of food.

Objectives

To work as team with school Administration, Students, parents and community members.

To provide tutoring to elementary-students through readings, mathematic, arts and culture.

To provide social services through food delivery to those in need.
Community Needs
TU’DEAKO considers education the most important tool in enabling the refugee communities to grow out of poverty and make sure their children attain the highest level of education leading to becoming good citizens and responsible people. The program introduced the concept of "After School Program and its Importance" and will bring this concept to the communities that are affected such as the Sudanese and other refugee communities in the Fargo-Moorhead area
